Troop 8 is a Boy Scout unit that operates out of St. Thomas the Apostle Roman Catholic church in Ann Arbor, Michigan. In the words of Obi-Wan Kenobi... "You may never find a more wretched hive of scum and villiany." The troop runs a hugely active, year-round outdoors, service, and just plain fun program. Last year, we ran over 112 separate events including 46 outings, for a total of 191 days of wild scouting activity. Unlike some programs, we run year-round, with a full calendar of troop outings, service projects, and Venture expeditions from the height of summer to the snows of mid-winter.
