The park also has the White Pine Trail State Park running through it. The trail offers park users the activities of bicycling, hiking, snowmobiling and other uses throughout the year. Nice picnic areas and a picnic shelter are also available. Paris Park is the site of many activities throughout the year but Springtime in Paris offers the most activities. The Art exhibits are definitely worth sneaking a peak at, along with the arts and crafts sales, but there is also a celebration of music with a wide variety of tastes and cultures in mind. Free dance, folk songs, strolling musicians, clowns, international folk dance and even can-can dancers are all there celebrating each Father's Day weekend. A Father's Day breakfast and non-denominational church service are part of the events on Sunday. This festival offers lots of fun and activities for the entire family. |
