Turner Township Population: 2000(642) 1990(628) Change(14)
The town of Turner was named after Joseph Turner, a businessman from Saginaw, and was founded in 1885. This was probably the same year the Everinghams became early pioneers here and were of the first settlers to the area.
It officially incorporated as a village in 1915.
